XIE Zhu

Ph.D. degree and works as an editor. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language from Beijing Language and Culture University in 2003, her Master's degree in Chinese Philology from Peking University in 2007, and her Ph.D. in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics from Beijing Normal University in 2015. From 2015 to 2019, she served as an academic journal editor at Beijing Language and Culture University Press. In April 2019, she joined the Institute of Linguistics at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences as an editor. Her primary research focuses on modern Chinese lexicology and vocabulary teaching for second-language learners.
